The fuel will be compressed in the next compression phase, so that its temperature and pressure reach the conditions required for combustion. III. In the combustion stage, after the compression stage, the ignition plug will be ignited, triggering a series of explosions, burning the fuel and air mixture, thus releasing a large amount of energy. This process is very complex and requires the precise coordination of various parts. After combustion, the piston in the cylinder will move down under the action of gas pressure, generating kinetic energy and pushing the vehicle forward. IV. In the discharge stage, after the end of combustion, the exhaust gas is discharged into the exhaust pipe, enters the special exhaust system, is treated and discharged into the atmosphere.The exhaust gas emitted by the engine includes a certain amount of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic matter and other harmful substances, which pose a great threat to the environment and human health. Therefore, governments have successively issued a series of environmental protection regulations requiring engines to have measures to control exhaust emissions.
